This project was a six-storey extension to the Birmingham City University campus at Eastside. The canal side development is part of a £260 million move to a city centre campus. The Curzon B extension provides space for over 3,000 students and members of staff and features 650-rooms, a student hub, lecture theatre and mock courtrooms.

Our works on this project included foundations, pile caps, floor slab and waterproofing, attenuation tank and drainage, external works and paving, services, street furniture and waterproof and gas membrane installation.
