Plant Administrator/Hirer Controller

To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Plant Administrator/Hirer Controller to support the Plant Manager in the day-to-day running of the plant department.

This position will be office based.

Main responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a positive impression of the company to any person contacting the plant department
  • Facilitate appropriate communication between external and internal contacts
  • Input invoices onto Navision system
  • Maintain appropriate electronic and paper filing and any other records as required
  • Complete reports
  • Place orders in a timely manner, hire/off hire operations
  • Complete all necessary certificates and paperwork accurately and on time
  • Provide general admin support

Working hours: 7.00 – 16.30

Work Experience:

Essential

  • Working as part of a team
  • Computer skills including Word and Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure to set deadlines and prioritise tasks
  • Experience of direct contact with customer

Desirable

  • Previous experience in plant/tools

This position will be office and site based.

Main responsibilities:

Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a Senior/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with a proven background in groundworks or civil engineering. You will be primarily site based with facilities available at head office as required.

Outcome of role:

You will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
