We are recruiting the following as gangs or individuals to join our site teams in Birmingham, Peterborough, Loughborough, Liverpool and Northampton:

  • Ground Workers
  • Machine Drivers
  • Pipe Layers
  • Kerb Layers / Finishing Gangs

You must have:

  • Good communication skills
  • A minimum of two years site experience
  • A valid CSCS/CPCS/NPORS card
  • Undertaken the HASA course
  • Your own transport.

NRSWA, confined space and deep excavations training would be an advantage.

Gangs should comprise of:

  • A Machine Operator
  • A skilled Groundworker with dumper or roller ticket
  • An operative with dumper or roller ticket.

All other training relevant to the role will be provided along with PPE.

Site working hours are 7.30-17.00

This opportunity is for 12 months for the right candidates.

Rate is negotiable (within industry standard) depending on experience.

Senior Site Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Site Engineer to work nationwide. The successful candidate will be from an engineering background with good groundworks knowledge.

Your role will include supporting Project Managers and setting out engineers and making sure all technical issues on site are covered. You will also be responsible for drawing management, completion of QA files and generally overseeing projects until completion.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Permanent position or freelance

Immediate start

We are seeking a Senior/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with a proven background in groundworks or civil engineering. You will be primarily site based with facilities available at head office as required.

Outcome of role:

  • Accurate reporting and forecasting

You will be required to ensure accurate income recovery through applications and valuation of variation works whilst accurately recording, monitoring and advising on costs, adhere to compliance with the terms of the contract and to liaise closely with project managers to achieve targets.

Working hours 7.30 – 17.00

You will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Groundworks or civil engineering surveying background
  • Degree qualified
  • CSCS card
  • Driving licence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic contractual knowledge
