Birmingham Conservatoire is a new £57m teaching and performance facility in Birmingham. Featuring 9,000m2 of purpose designed teaching, rehearsal and state of the art performance space. It will house teaching facilities and a 500-seat auditorium as well as two additional performance spaces.
The main challenge of the project was completing the works to an accelerated programme. As expected with city centre projects, there was limited access and space to work within so logistics management was important throughout the project.
