Friargate Coventry

This project for Coventry City Council comprised of a twelve-story office building with a large underground parking area. This low energy, premium office building is occupied by Coventry City Council workers, while two floors are taken by the Financial Ombudsman Service.

The building is constructed next to the main corridor between the city centre and the railway station. Part of the project included the public realm works for this corridor with block paving laid on top of a concrete slab. The external finishing was to a high specification in line with regeneration works carried out around the city centre.
