As principal contractor on this project, we were responsible for all works on this site. This project involved the formation of a 18,000m² concrete hardstanding to house a new temporary tented storage building and the diversion and construction of 9,500m² access roads. It also included refurbishing an existing car park with all associated earthworks, drainage, street lighting, tarmacadam, access control, fencing and concrete hardstanding.

The main challenge during this project was keeping the route from the end of the vehicle production line to the dispatch area clear so Jaguar Land Rover’s works were not disturbed.
