Following the retirement of two of our directors, Marie McDermott and Henry Gilbert, we have appointed two new directors – Joe McDermott and Keith Haywood.

Joe McDermott is joing the Board as a director and is one of our longest serving employees. He brings with him a wealth of experience from his various roles across the business, most recently in health and safety.

Keith Haywood is joining us as a non-executive director and brings with him a strong financial background with proven experience of supporting successful enterprises. He also used to be our bank manager so has a good understanding of our business and future requirements.

We are pleased to welcome both Joe and Keith to the Board and wish them every success in their new appointments. We also thank Marie and Henry for their long and loyal service and wish them a happy and well-earned retirement.
