Congratulations to our newest apprenticeship graduates Kyle and Callum Elgie who have just completed their Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Construction and Civil Engineering Operations (Construction).

Callum said “I would recommend an apprenticeship to anyone that’s interested in construction. It’s a great way to learn while earning money. I didn’t enjoy school but the apprenticeship was a mixture of classroom and practical learning so much more interesting.

“I’ve learnt so much from the people I am working with too. They always take time to explain what we’re doing, go through drawings and make sure I’m included in every step. I hope to continue learning on the job and work my way up to managing a site.”
