This week we met Jen from The Brain Tumour Charity and were able to present her with a cheque for £1,000.

The Brain Tumour Charity supports people diagnosed with a brain tumour and their families as well as funding research into a cure.

Almost 11,000 people are diagnosed each year with a primary brain tumour, including 500 children and young people. For those diagnosed with a brain tumour, life expectancy is reduced on average by 20 years – the highest of any cancer.
