We are delighted to announce that we have met the Chartered Institute of Building’s (CIOB) stringent criteria to become a Chartered Building Company. The CIOB is the world’s largest and most influential professional body for construction management and leadership.

Chartered Building Company status is only awarded to companies that:

• Are competently and professionally run
• Operate to high business and ethical standards
• Are committed to developing a fully qualified workforce
• Have a significant number of directors that are already Chartered, either with CIOB or other built environment organisations.

Within the UK, we are one of just 243 companies that are CIOB Chartered; and within groundworks there are only two other companies with this recognition.
