Supporting St Basils this Christmas with a shoebox appeal

Over the last two months we have been busy purchasing and donating supplies for St Basils’ Christmas shoebox appeal.

St Basils work with young people to enable them to find and keep a home, grow their confidence, develop their skills, increase opportunities and prevent homelessness. Their Christmas shoebox appeal enables these individuals to receive a present at Christmas, which can be the loneliest time of year for some.

After sorting all of the treats and supplies into wrapped shoeboxes, the team were able to make up a whopping 27 boxes for both adults and children!

St Basils Business and Communities Executive, Sian Dhillon, arrived at head office today to collect the boxes and was delighted at our efforts.

Many thanks to everyone who donated something and a special thanks to Finance Manager, Ruth Westwood, who organised the appeal.
