We were delighted to welcome our employees and their families to our annual Summer Fair, this year held at Drayton Manor Resort, celebrating the hard work, dedication and achievements of our workforce over the past year.

The event provided a fantastic opportunity for colleagues and families to come together and enjoy a day of fun, relaxation and celebration. Guests enjoyed access to the theme park, a BBQ lunch, face painting and a variety of family-friendly activities, creating an enjoyable day for all ages.

A key highlight of the event was our charity raffle, which raised an impressive £1,835 in support of local charities. As part of our commitment to giving back to local communities, McDermotts matched the amount raised, bringing the total donation to £3,670.

Supporting local communities is a key value at McDermotts, and events such as our Summer Fair provide an opportunity to celebrate our people while making a positive difference through charitable fundraising.
