October is ‘Careers in Construction Month’ and we have utilised this opportunity to showcase construction as a viable career path, by creating six new apprenticeship opportunities.

We have welcomed Jack, Ryan, Tyrese, David, Bobby and Dominic to our team, who are undertaking a Level 2 Apprenticeship in groundworks. The structured programme provides our apprentices with valuable site experience alongside their college learning, which enables them to complete a portfolio of work that demonstrates their knowledge and skill development.

The apprentices recently visited their first construction site, as they begin understanding the principles of health and safety in a construction environment.

We look forward to seeing our apprentices grow throughout the apprenticeship scheme and developing their career journey within the construction industry.
