This time of year can be difficult for some families to manage financially. The Trussell Trust is a charity that runs a network of over 400 foodbanks, giving emergency food and support to people in crisis across the UK. In the first six months of this year they distributed 586,907 three-day emergency food parcels.

So it was incredibly rewarding to deliver all the items (which weighed 141.3kg) generously donated by our team to the Aston and Nechells branch of the Trussell Trust today.

The items are then sorted by volunteers like Geoff and the team before being handed out to those in need.
