McDermotts has secured the groundworks package with Bowmer & Kirkland on the major new development at the University of Northampton’s new Waterside Campus.

Situated in the heart of the Northampton Waterside Enterprise Zone, the University of Northampton’s Waterside campus will regenerate the brownfield area across the River Nene from Midsummer Meadow. It will be a low carbon environment and will offer flexible learning and teaching spaces for the use of innovative technologies, alongside a mix of leisure and retail activities to be used by students and the wider community.

We will be on-site until March 2018 completing all aspects of substructures, services and drainage.
