We celebrated our 20th anniversary in 2014, and to ensure we’re around to celebrate another 20 years we have been looking at how we want to shape and develop our organisation further.
The 3Ps are our roadmap to achieving our vision of Building success on a firm foundation. As groundworks and civil engineering specialists, strong foundations are at the core of our business.
- People – Recognise the contribution our people make to our business and ensure they return home safely each day. We will also continue to demonstrate our corporate social responsibility by supporting the communities in which we live and work.
- Prosperity – Reinvest in our business by identifying opportunities to improve the way we work and the value we offer to customers. We will also develop sustainable relationships with our customers, supply chain partners and other stakeholders.
- Planet – Minimise the impact of our activities on the environment. As a responsible organisation we will also engage and support our local communities.
