Site Administrator

McDermotts has an exciting opportunity for a temporary Site Administrator to join our site team in Water Orton, Birmingham.

This is a Contract position for the duration of the project. The role will be site based. Working hours are flexible 07.30 – 17.00.

You will also have an induction for the site which will include a Drug and Alcohol Test.

Main responsibilities:

• Present a positive impression of McDermotts at all times.
• Facilitate appropriate communication between external and internal contacts.
• You will be responsible for all the document control and administrative duties onsite.
• Ensure site cabin has correct furniture and assist with cabin housekeeping.
• Set up drawing portal and maintain the drawing register.
• Complete material returns.
• Support the site team with general admin support.

Work Experience:

• Working in a similar area of the business.
• Experience of direct contact with customers.
• A good understanding of IT.
• Existing working experience of Microsoft package, FieldView, Dalux, CEMAR and SharePoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
